Coaching Package

My coaching supports passionate, hardworking adults who are struggling with overwhelm and want to visualize the goal they are driving towards and the pathway to get there and self-navigate. 

What is coaching?

In coaching, you set the agenda, you decide what coaching goals are important and meaningful to you. And, as your coach, I bring to the table skills that kick off the conversation and find a focus that is going to result in something valuable to you. My coaching​ has a future focus. We work together as partners to identify and achieve your desired future state. Coaching can be complementary to consulting or therapy but is a distinct discipline available to you as you pursue an aspirational goal.

Process:

To explore this further, you’ll schedule your initial meeting. In advance of that meeting, I’ll email you with a short 5 question questionnaire. I ask that you return the questionnaire 24 hours in advance of our meeting. This lets me ensure we can get into what’s on your mind quickly when we meet.  

 

The Typical Coaching Process

  1. Initial Meeting – to better understand your interests and needs. Mutual fit is key in establishing a coaching relationship.

  2. Agreement on the Coaching Engagement – to develop mutual understanding and agreement on:

    • time commitment

    • logistics for coaching

    • pricing and payment

    • potential interviews and assessments

    • possible additional conversations (boss/HR partner if needed).

  3. Regular Coaching Sessions – to support your learning journey, plus emails/phone calls as needed.

  4. Define the Coaching Objectives – to ensure you are clear about your coachable interests, goals, and desired outcomes. If you have a sponsoring organization, we will ensure they are in agreement with these objectives.

  5. Build the Personal Development Plan – to create an action plan together that supports the changes you desire.

  6. Transition – to conclude coaching engagement with clarity about learnings and outcomes. This includes a long-range plan to sustain your learning going forward. 

Deliverables:

  • 10, 1-hour sessions over 4 months via Zoom

  • Homework assignments between sessions

  • Reflection activity at beginning, middle and end of the engagement

Timing:

I know you’re busy. Available session times are conveniently set before and after typical work hours. My preference is to meet at the same time every other week. I know 10 sessions sounds like a lot, but it’s going to go faster than you think. You will quickly find that our conversations help you expand the time you have in your life, rather than take away from it.

Price: 

$1,600 paid by your credit card or your employer at the beginning of our contract. This is the simplest and ideal way for me to operate. I am currently unable to offer a more granular payment schedule or a sliding scale. 

Confidentiality on Employer-Sponsored Coaching:

Confidentiality is of the utmost importance in coaching work. I will not disclose the content of our sessions to anyone. If your employer is sponsoring your sessions, we’ll agree on that communication.
